King, MD, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, is passionate about education and the integration of physical and mental health.  In addition to writing books, Dr. King's daily duties as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Michigan State University, School of Human Medicine includes treating patients and teaching the art of patient care in private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

M. Oatis, MD, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Pediatrician, maintains a private practice in midtown Manhattan treating children, adolescents and adults while supervising child fellows at the New York University Langone Child Study Center

Illustrator:

Corey Van Duinen is a multi award winning artist, illustrator and author. Currently a volunteer member on the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum Art Committee, he has spent the last ten years working with various organizations to help individuals focus their creativity to enhance their communities. He has shared his love of art while working side by side with special needs kids and adults creating large sculptures and murals showcasing their artistic talents.

K. Lovett began the love of art journey in Flint, Michigan with a mother who encouraged the pursuit of artist as a career. K. Lovett enrolled in classes at the Flint Institute of Art at an early age,   frequently embracing the anime and manga styles of art.
